Something Nice and Pretty

Well, this is my second post in one day, but I decided to take Andrew up on his offer and buy something "nice and pretty." Actually it was more out of necessity for my running career. I've switched to running at Cherokee Park with all it's openness and hills galore--and my IT bands are hurting!

So after my 10 mile + run I went and got this:

Meet "The Grid" aka a foam roller that promised to change my life. I rolled on it in the store and boy did it hurt! But everyone has told me for over a year to buy it...and Andrew said he's going to roll on it after his weekly racquetball games. YAY!
